Among radio fans toroidal transformers, as the least dimensional and massive use great popularity. But to each radio fan delivers many efforts their winding. For a start prepare the toroidal core for winding. For this purpose it wind with one - two layers of a kiperny tape and having varnished or as a last resort Moment glue, dry. In the same way it is necessary to do isolation between windings. Instead of a kiperny tape it is possible to apply a ftoroplastovy tape or as a last resort – an insulating tape on a basis made of cloth. It is not necessary to apply a polyvinylchloride insulating tape, as it easily melts even at small temperature.

the Basis of the adaptation makes a usual rim from a bicycle wheel. The rim is cut across and passed in the toroidal core prepared for winding. After that the cut part of a rim accurately incorporates a strip of metal and two screws. For rim support into a wall it is driven in:-) the metal probe so that the rim passed precisely in the middle of the toroidal core.

For this purpose it is possible to use a piece of a wire which clasp the core and then measure its length. Increase the turned-out length by quantity of rounds of primary winding and on factor of "stock" 1,1 – 1,3. You receive length of the wire necessary for winding of primary winding. This length divide into perimeter of a rim of a wheel and you receive quantity of rounds of a wire which are necessary for reeling up on a rim.

Now rotating a rim, it is possible to reel up a winding on the toroidal core. After each turn move a rubber ring along a rim and then the wire will not get confused. After winding of primary winding remove from a rim the wire remains, calculate quantity of a wire for winding of the following winding and safely continue. Do not forget to dress for the ends of primary winding insulating tubes before doing mezhobmotochny isolation. Having reeled up all windings, wind the transformer with a kiperny tape and in some layers varnish.
