Economic voltage stabilizer

Features of the stabilizer which circuit is represented in the following drawing, are ability to work at the lowered entrance tension (15V) and rather small own consumption of a current. It allows to recommend it for equipment with an independent food. Target tension of the stabilizer can be regulated the variable R4 resistor in limits from 5 to 12V. Благоларя application in a regulating element of the field V1 transistor and high-resistance loading managed to receive rather good characteristics: factor of stabilization more than 200, target resistance 0,3... 1,5 Ohm at the maximum current of loading to 100 mA. On the V4 transistor the stabilizer of a current playing a role of an economic source of exemplary tension is accurate. Minimum admissible power failure on the regulating V2 transistor is equal 1,5 of V (at a loading current to 30 mA). The maximum loading current can be increased if to replace V2 with more powerful. Replacement of the V4 transistor by the resistor by resistance 2 is allowed... 5 kiloohms, and the R4 resistor on stabilitron КС133А, i.e. replacement of the stabilizer of a current by the ordinary parametrical stabilizer. However it is thus considerable возрастёт a current consumed by the stabilizer. According to the specified circuit it is possible to assemble stabilizers on target tension to 30 of V, respectively selecting (towards increase) face values of resistors R2, R3, R4.
